When teeth are heavily damaged or missing, prosthetic restorations return strength, function and aesthetics. We work with modern materials that are both durable and natural-looking.
We offer zirconia crowns, metal-ceramic crowns, E.max / all-ceramic crowns, crown and bridge restorations for missing teeth, implant-supported crowns and bridges, and temporary crowns during the restoration process.
Zirconia crowns are made entirely from ceramic and offer the most natural appearance — no metal means no dark gum line, even as gums naturally recede with age. Metal-ceramic crowns have a metal base with a porcelain outer layer — they are durable and more affordable, but can show a grey line at the gumline over time. We recommend the best option based on the tooth's location, function, and your aesthetic goals.
With proper care, zirconia and E.max crowns typically last 15–20+ years. Metal-ceramic crowns generally last 10–15 years. The longevity depends on oral hygiene, biting forces, and regular maintenance check-ups.
A standard crown requires 2 appointments: the first for tooth preparation and fitting a temporary crown, and the second (typically 5–7 days later) for fitting the permanent crown. For international patients, both appointments can often be scheduled within a single trip to Tbilisi.
A dental bridge is a fixed prosthetic that replaces one or more missing teeth by anchoring to the adjacent natural teeth (or implants). It is a good option when the neighboring teeth are strong enough to support the bridge. Unlike a removable denture, a bridge is permanent and feels like natural teeth.
Yes. Many international patients complete their crown or bridge treatment within a single visit. We can also coordinate temporary restorations if you need to return home between appointments.
