We perform routine tooth extractions, complex and surgical extractions, wisdom tooth removal (simple and impacted), cyst removal, frenectomy (lip or tongue tie release), and minor oral surgical procedures including biopsies.
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia so you will not feel pain during surgery. Mild swelling, tenderness, and restricted mouth opening for 3–5 days afterward is normal. We provide detailed aftercare instructions and are available if you have any concerns during recovery.
Not all wisdom teeth need to be removed. We assess your wisdom teeth with a panoramic X-ray or 3D CBCT scan and recommend removal only when they are impacted, causing pain, crowding other teeth, or creating a risk of infection or cyst formation.
A simple extraction typically heals in 3–7 days. A surgical extraction or impacted wisdom tooth removal may take 7–14 days for initial healing, with full bone healing over several months. We provide clear aftercare instructions to support your recovery.
A frenectomy is a minor procedure to release the frenum — the small band of tissue connecting the lip or tongue to the jaw. It is recommended when a tongue tie restricts speech or swallowing, or when a lip tie creates a gap between the front teeth or causes gum recession.
Yes. For patients who are anxious about surgical procedures, sedation options are available. We will discuss the most appropriate form of anaesthesia or sedation for your case during your consultation.
